Close End Connectors
Closed-end connectors (wire caps) crimp over the ends of multiple wires to create secure, insulated connections without the need for twisting wires together like traditional wire nuts. Available in nylon insulated (600V, 105°C) for 22-14GA, 16-10GA, and 8GA wire ranges, and heat shrink versions with adhesive-lined tubing for waterproof protection, these connectors feature a crimped barrel that mechanically secures wires while the closed end cap provides insulation. Ideal for joining 2-4 wires in junction boxes, lighting fixtures, and confined spaces where corrosion protection or vibration resistance exceeds what screw-on wire nuts can provide.
- Nylon insulated versions (22-14GA, 16-10GA, 8GA) rated to 600V and 125°C
- Heat shrink versions (22-14GA, 18-10GA) feature adhesive-lined tubing with active adhesive that seals multiple wires to eliminate wire pull-out and provide waterproof protection
