Relays and Solenoids

Relays and Solenoids

Relays and solenoids are heavy-duty, electrically operated switches that let a small low-current signal safely control high-amperage circuits, protecting delicate dashboard switches from melt-down and minimizing voltage drop to demanding accessories. Techspan offers a complete 12VDC and 24VDC lineup spanning automotive relays, continuous- and intermittent-duty solenoids, matched pigtail harnesses, and sockets for automotive, marine, RV, heavy-duty truck, forklift, and off-highway equipment. Form A (SPST) and Form C (SPDT) configurations are available with diode, resistor, or no suppression to shield sensitive electronics from 300V–500V switching spikes. Weather-resistant sealed options protect against dirt, dust, and moisture in exposed installations.

  • Voltage range: 12VDC and 24VDC products covering micro, ISO, heavy-duty, and high-power switching needs.
  • Switch configurations: Form A (SPST / Normally Open) and Form C (SPDT / change-over) relays, plus SPST continuous- and intermittent-duty solenoids.
  • Circuit protection: diode-protected, resistor-protected (clamps spikes below 100V), and fused options to guard sensitive vehicle electronics.
  • Complete system: relays, relay & pigtail combination sets, socket & terminal sets, and replacement terminals available as a matched assembly.
  • Application versatility: engineered for automotive, marine, RV, motorcycle, forklift, heavy-duty truck, and industrial equipment.
